Dublin Cookie Company
Dublin Cookie Company
29 Thomas St, Dublin 8
(01) 473 6566
Jenny and Elaine, founders of The Dublin Cookie Company met on the rugby pitch whilst playing for Old Belvedere rugby club in Dublin – and the rest as they say, is history. The pair began their cookie adventure in 2014 and after a string of successful markets and festivals decided to set up shop in the heart of The Liberties two years later. Conveniently located in the middle of Thomas Street, beside St Catherine’s Church, you’ll find this charming, modern and spacious cafe with a long wooden table inviting customers to while away their day while munching the best cookies in town. There’s old favourites like Chocolate Chip, White Chocolate and Cranberry, Sea Salted Caramel and Toasted Pecan as well as the now infamous Brookie’s (brownie cookie hybrid). In short, you’ll be hard pushed to leave here empty handed.
