Comedian David McSavage announces Dublin stand-up show at 3Olympia Theatre
The Dublin comic will return to 3Olympia Theatre for a new comedy gig in October
Dublin's own David McSavage has announced a stand-up show at 3Olympia Theatre for Thursday, October 2.
Following a sold-out performance at the same venue in January this year, the LOL: Last One Laughing Ireland comedian returns with a brand new program.
He took to his Instagram Story to announce his October gig, promising, "Tickets will sell out!"
"We really have it all when you think about it. Spa shops are around the corner; you can buy cauliflower in Tesco. You can watch films on Netflix. But what you don't have is a ticket to my upcoming show in the 3Olympia on the second of October.
"I will be letting you know how the sales are going so you will become emotionally invested in this endeavour, in this quest, in this, shall we even say, odyssey," he laughed into the camera.
McSavage is best known for his RTÉ show The Savage Eye, which aired from 2009 to 2012. Last week, the entertainer also performed at Cherry Comedy, a Dublin comedy show that is on every Thursday at Whelan's.
Organisers of his upcoming stand-up gig said comedy enthusiasts can expect "sharp wit, original characters, and a unique take on Irish life".
Tickets will go on sale tomorrow, Friday, June 13, at 10am via ticketmaster.ie.
