The star-studded line-up will play over four days to a limited audience.
Christy Moore, The Stunning, Mary Coughlan, Deirdre O’Kane and Ardal O’Hanlon are set to play Galway’s Pearse stadium over four days at the end of August.
The run of shows is slated to take place between August 26th-29th in front of a limited audience of 500 people. The shows will be presented by Roisín Dubh Galway and Galway Comedy Festival.
The four-day event will be held under government guidelines. Tickets will be sold in pods of four people and a small number of two-person pods. Tickets are priced between €25 and €35 and will go on sale this Friday (August 13th) at staggered times due to the expected demand.
Gates open at 7pm each night and shows start at 8pm sharp with a click and collect bar service in operation.
Mary Coughlan celebrates the 35th anniversary of her debut album Tired and Emotional for the first half of her set followed by her greatest hits on night three. Niamh O’Regan will support the 65-year-old music legend.
