Following a recent sold-out show at Wide Awake Festival in London, Kneecap are set to return to Irish shores for the first time since they suffered what the band called a "coordinated smear campaign" following their activism for Palestine.
The gig will take place in Fairview Park, Dublin from 7pm and is being billed as the band's "biggest ever live show". Tickets are currently completely sold out.
Kneecap’s unique blend of Irish language, sharp social commentary and provocative live shows has earned them praise - and controversy - worldwide.
One of the band's member's, Mo Chara, is facing terrorism charges for allegedly waving a Hezbollah flag at a concert and is due to appear at Westminster Magistrates' Court on Wednesday June 18, on the day before the show in Fairview.
