Flogas Electric Picnic Ticket competition Terms and Conditions

Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

This competition is run by Hot Press in collaboration with Flogas Natural Gas Limited, the official energy partner of Electric Picnic 2025.

2. Eligibility

The competition is open to residents of the Republic of Ireland, aged 18 or over.

Only one entry per person is permitted.

Employees of Hot Press, Flogas, associated companies, or their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter

To enter, participants must complete the entry form available at [URL or campaign page] during the
promotional period.

No purchase or payment is necessary to enter. Entries must be submitted by 11:59pm on 17th August 2025.

4. Prize

One (1) winner will receive 2 standard weekend tickets to Electric Picnic 2025.

Tickets grant general admission to the festival for the full weekend (Friday to Sunday). The prize does not include transport, accommodation, food, or any other expenses. Tickets are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and there is no cash alternative.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries after the closing date.

The winner will be contacted by phone by 23rd August 2025.

If the winner cannot be reached, another winner will be chosen.

6. Publicity

The winner may be asked to participate in publicity related to the competition (e.g. name and
county shared on social media), subject to consent.

7. Data Protection

Personal data will be used only for the administration of this competition and in accordance with the Hot Press and Flogas Privacy Policies.

Data will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes unless you have given express permission. All entrants' information will be deleted 14 days after the Promotion ends.

8. General

Hot Press and Flogas reserve the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition where reasonably necessary.
