The nascent Dingle band play the Dublin venue on December 8.

They gave a good account of themselves supporting Paramore in The O2 last night and now Walking On Cars have announced details of their own headliner.

They'll play The Academy on Saturday December 8. Expect a strong show – they might only have been around for 12 months but they've been honing their live chops at a host of festivals over the summer. Tickets are €12 and go on sale tomorrow (Wednesday September 4) at 9am.
