She will play two intimate shows in Dublin and Cork this Summer
Montreal-based singer/songwriter NEeMA will headline two Irish shows in July. The singer, who recently released sophomore album Watching You Think, will play Dublin's Sugar Club on July 4 and the Triskel Christchurch in Cork on July 5.
NEeMA, who is a protégé of the legendary Leonard Cohen (he co-produced Watching You Think and has declared her "a voice of true feeling - a rare event"), is a well-travelled and thoughtful songwriter. She has worked with the Tlicho First Nation People in northern Canada, street children in Egypt and Tibetan monks in India, and even spent some time in Dingle, Co. Kerry when backpacking in 1994!
Tickets for both Irish shows are on sale now, priced from €12.
