Not content with being known as the finest hip-hop lyricist of his generation, Kendrick Lamar is also creating some of the most evocative and interesting music videos of any artist today. The latest video from the album DAMN is no exception.

The video is for the single ELEMENT, and depicts the struggles of life in the Compton natives home neighborhood, depicting the constant fight to get by in a very visceral way. The video is only director Jonas Lindstroem's second music video, but it has already garnered close to 3.5 million views in 14 hours.
