Terms and Conditions

1. Open only to residents of the Republic of Ireland aged 16 years or over. Employees of the Promoter, hotpress.com, their families, agents and anyone else connected with this promotion are not permitted to enter.

2. No product purchase is necessary for entry.

3. No responsibility is accepted for any entry which is not delivered, delayed or damaged for technical reasons including telephone system malfunction.

4. Each correct entry will be recorded and an independent person will select the winner at random.

5. Winner will be notified by telephone by July 27.

6. Where requested, winner will need to validate their ages before being able to take the prize.

7. The prize is as stated, is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Promoter reserves the right to award an alternative prize of equal or greater value should the original prize become unavailable for any reason. Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside its reasonable control.

8. The decision of Promoter in all matters connected to this promotion and to these terms and conditions is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

9. Entrants’ personal data submitted on the competition entry telephone line shall be used in compliance with all applicable law for administering entrants’ participation in the prize draw only.

10. By participating in this promotion, entrants are deemed to accept these terms and conditions.
