WATCH: Jarvis Cocker to premiere Beyond The Pale... Live From The Centre Of The Earth concert tonight at 8pm

To celebrate the release as JARV IS... of his Beyond The Pale album, Mr. Cocker and his latest group of musical cohorts are treating fans to a free live performance of the seven-tracker at 8pm on Tuesday July 21. It'll then be available on his YouTube channel for a further 24 hours before disappearing (temporarily one imagines) off into the ether.
Filmed at Peak Cavern in Derbyshire, it sounds like it's going to be a very special night...
“Beyond The Pale was written and partially recorded in front of a live audience, so it feels extra-strange not to be able to take it on the road at the moment,” Jarvis Cocker reflects. “Fortunately, our friends Iain & Jane suggested a way round the problem: set up our equipment in a cave and they would film the results. We have invented a new way of playing a concert.”
