In an interview which touched upon all manner of controversial issues, Hot Press' Kathrin Baumbach took this portrait of the Archbishop on the grounds of St. Patrick's Cathedral.

On being greeted by the refreshingly warm Archbishop, who helped our crew carry their equipment into the Cathedral, Kathrin remarked that should Father Martin ever rise to the seat of the Holy See, she might one day be able to say that The Pope carried her gear for her!
