'Insomnia' descends over Troy Studios as Faithless deliver AWESOME Limerick debut! The legendary electronic pioneers Faithless made a breathtaking, up-close-and-personal debut at Troy Studios in Limerick on Friday, forming part one of a two-night ‘Ireland Underground’ tour that left fans spellbound. The mini-tour marked a warm-up for a huge summer of festivals from the Isle of Wight to Pinkpop in the Netherlands.
The show also gave a chance to get inside the doors of Troy Studios, a 350,000 square foot epic space in the National Technology Park, Castletroy, which opened its doors for its first ever live event. It was a poignant night as the iconic band took to the stage without their legendary frontman, Maxi Jazz, who passed away in 2022. But in tribute to the iconic singer, his aura could be felt throughout the show with amazing visuals, and his voice incorporated into the performance.
Dublin-based composer, DJ, and producer Kormac provided the perfect introduction as support.
