Zayn announces Dublin show at 3Arena
The show will be Zayn's first solo performance in Ireland.
Zayn has announced an upcoming show at Dublin's 3Arena on Thursday, May 14. It's his second stop of 32 on The Konnakol Tour, named for his upcoming album.
The show will be Zayn's first appearance in Ireland as a solo artist.
Zayn released single 'Die For Me' from Konnakol last month.
The album art blends Zayn's face with that of a snow leopard to represent his South Asian heritage.
"Konnakol, in its definition, is the act of creating percussive sounds with one’s voice but what it means to me lies somewhere much deeper," wrote Zayn in a statement. "It's a sound that holds the reverberation of a time before words existed."
"This album is a development of that understanding, knowing more now than ever who I am, where I come from and where I intend to go."
Konnakol will be released on Friday, April 17, via Mercury Records. It is Zayn's fifth solo studio album to date.
Tickets for Zayn's Dublin show will go on sale this Friday, March 13, at 10 am via Ticketmaster.
