The 2018 New Year Honours have been announced today, with some surprising names on the list.
Former Beatles drummer Ringo Starr and the last surviving Bee Gee Barry Gibb have been knighted in the 2018 New Year Honours list.
As well as this, pioneering underground musician and the so-called 'Goodfather of Grime', Wiley, has received an MBE as well. He took to Twitter to share his thanks.

The full list saw 1,123 people, who were recognised for a variety of reasons in the 2018 New Year Honours.
