Welsh producer Koreless announces debut LP Agor, shares 'Joy Squad' video
Lewis Roberts (AKA Koreless) will release debut album Agor on July 9th.
Koreless has today announced the release of his long-awaited debut album Agor.
The Welsh producer (real name Lewis Roberts) also accompanied the announcement with a lyric video for his single, 'Joy Squad'.
Heavily featured already the likes of Caribou, Jamie xx and TNGHT in their BBC Radio1 Essential Mixes, the video is directed by Koreless and Mau Morgo, and marks the track's official release.
‘Joy Squad’ will also be released on 12” vinyl ahead of the album release. Click here to pre-order, and check out the video below.
Agor is the first release from Koreless since his 2013 EP Yugen and will be released on July 9th.
Five years in the making, Koreless admits to becoming obsessive over each track. "I work very quickly actually, but I’m also very thorough, and find it hard to leave stones unturned," he said.
"Some of the tracks on this album have been through hundreds of iterations. Getting from the start to the end of the track is such a twisted journey for me."

I’m releasing an album
This feels surreal to say out loud but my first album, Agor, is being released by @young_ on 9th July
It took most of my twenties to get it right
