WATCH: windings release video for new single 'Boring'
The new single is the third track to be released from the band's fantastic fourth album Be Honest, Fear Not.
'Boring' is a blunt, punchy punk tune which begins most intriguingly with the line: "I tried to throw a plastic bottle at the singer of The Frames."
The song takes aim at complacency, ennui and helplessness with the chorus' message being: "Thrown voice of the people, show your face/Or park it, chicken shit."
The video shows behind the scenes footage and time lapses of the Limerick boys in the studio doing what they do best - making great music.
