Watch: Glass Animals reveal music video for 'Agnes'
Glass Animals have shared a video for the closing track on their Mercury Prize-nominated album How To Be A Human Being.
Dave Bayley becomes increasingly sweaty as shots of his face are interspersed with images of various gauges and a crash-test dummy. As the song picks up so does the speed of the human centrifuge where the singer is inside, until both song and video reach a dizzying peak.
In a Facebook post about the video, Bayley described his experience inside the spinning pod.
"We ran the centrifuge 18 times while I tried to sing along to a song which I find difficult to listen to at the best of times," he wrote. "This was probably the most intense video-making experience I’ll ever have. But its the only way that we could just about begin to simulate for a moment what happens within Agnes."
