Watch: Blink 182's Matt Skiba releases personalised video for 'Home Is Such A Lonely Place'

Matt Skiba of Blink 182 has shared a new version of the video for the band’s 2016 track, ‘Home Is Such A Lonely Place.’

Blink 182 released the original video for the song in early June. The track is from the album California>, their first release since Skiba replaced Tom DeLonge in 2015.

The video featured a heartwarming compilation of home videos from Skiba and band members Mark Hoppus and Travis Barker.

Now the former Alkaline Trio vocalist and guitarist has released a personalised version of the video with only his own footage. It shows cuts of Skiba surrounded by loved ones and two adorable pit bulls, and ends with him taking a spin on his motorcycle.

The footage for the original version was taken right before the band left for tour. In its description the band said that the video “was probably the easiest we’ve ever filmed. All we had to do was be ourselves at home with our family and friends...Consequently, it's also our most personal and honest videos, and one of my favorites.”

Blink 182 are on tour in the UK this month.
