Track of the Day: Irial Jones – 'Wait and See'

Clare-based electronic group Irial Jones are coming in hot with their infectious-but-poignant debut single, 'Wait and See.'

Recorded in Studio Ekala this summer, the track is "inspired by the dance floor conscious funk of the 80s," according to a statement.

Dealing with the breakdown of a relationship and each person's inability to see where the other is coming from, 'Wait and See' employs the same alchemy used by dance music hits before it: the group attempts to grapple with a difficult subject by finding a way for people to dance through it.
