Tom Waits to employ anti-tout measures
Tom Waits will be doing his best to beat the touts when he brings his Glitter And Doom tour to Dublin on this July.
Tom Waits will play three Dublin dates this summer, on July 30 and 31, and August 1.
Not only are tickets limited to two per person, but a valid I.D. (passport or driving licence) matching the name on the ticket will be required to gain entry to the Phoenix Park marquee venue.
Anybody who doesn’t have a valid I.D. or is found to be in possession of a ticket that’s been resold – electronic scanners are being employed – will not be allowed in and won’t get a refund.
The message clearly being: don’t buy from touts.
