Tom DeLonge helped track down alleged kidnappers with Facebook post
The former Blink-182 member went on Facebook after a pair of men allegedly tried to kidnap a 15-year-old girl, who's a family friend.
Delonge posted the two men's photos on Facebook, saying "these asswipes are going to jail for trying to kidapp a 15 year old girl 48 hours ago."
The two allegedly failed to grab the girl, but returned to the area to stake out two other elementary schools in the area. Delonge says because everybody had posted about them, some ten thousand people in the area were on the lookout for the pair.
"The fucking idiot drove back into the SAME FUCKING NEIGHBORHOOD where everyone was looking and wiring to crucify him," he wrote.
According the the post, the first man was arrested and sold out his friend.
Delonge says as a father himself, "I can speak for all other Fathers, these guys are lucky they were grabbed by police and not us."
