The Posies make a comeback
90s power pop outfit The Posies have announced their reunion with a new album and live dates
Those most legendary of power poppers, The Posies, hit the comeback trail with shows in Whelan’s, Dublin (July 21); Cruiscin Lan, Cork (22); Dolan’s, Limerick (23); and Roisin Dubh, Galway (24).
They’ll be coming armed with a new album, Every Kind Of Light, which includes ‘It’s Great To Be Here Again’, ‘All In A Day’s Work’, ‘Last Crawl’ and ‘Could He Treat You Better?’ among its stand-outs.

Mainman Ken Stringfellow will also be in Ireland on June 19 playing, as he has done for quite a few years, as part of REM’s touring band.
