The Killers to headline Oxegen
The Killers are to close the main stage of Oxegen 2007, it was revealed at the official Oxegen launch today.
The Las Vegas band, who are playing the second of their RDS dates in Dublin tonight, will be headlining the festival at Punchestown Racecourse, Co. Kildare on Sunday 8 July.
Also playing that day are Razorlight, Arcade Fire, Daft Punk, The Kooks, My Chemical Romance, Bloc Party, Babyshambles, James Morrison, CSS, The Klaxons and more.
The Saturday line-up looks equally alluring with Muse, Snow Patrol, Scissor Sisters, Kings Of Leon, Interpol, Amy Winehouse, The Fratellis, Mika, Wu Tang Clan, Tori Amos, The Goo Goo Dolss, The Gossip and others.
Registered users of oxegen.ie can buy pre-sale tickets from today. The general sale begins at 8am on Friday 2 March at €197.50 for a weekend ticket with camping, €177.50 for no camping, and €96.50 for day tickets.
