The Finn Brothers announce Cork date
Neil and Tim Finn make their way to the Cork Opera House next April
Following on from their two sold out dates in the Olympia, Neil and Tim Finn have set their sights on the Republic of Cork.
Tickets for their April 3 performance at the Cork Opera House are on sale now priced from €38.50 and €44.
Fans can expect to hear material from their new Everyone Is Here album, as well as some much-loved classics from their former incarnations.
Speaking to Hot Press during their Dublin visit in October, Neil Finn remarked on the certain challenges the brothers face when working together.
“There are pros and cons to having all of those different entities throughout our careers. A lot of people prefer the certainty of just one thing. It’s easier for them to hang on to and certainly commercially it would be a lot easier for us.
Nonetheless, it seemed the newer songs were received equally well as the ‘Don’t Dream It’s Over’s and the ‘Weather With You’s.
“Yeah, the audience that we’re getting now on this tour seem to be very open,” admitted Finn. "They don’t mind what they get. They get touchstones from different eras but they’re quite up to date with what we’re doing at the moment.”
