The Delays announce Irish tour
With a new album due for release this autumn, The Delays have announced a series of Irish dates.
The Delays have announced a four-date Irish tour, including an intimate performance at Dublin’s The Village on October 8.
The Southampton quintet first came to public attention when their single ‘Long Time Coming’ reached the UK Top 20 in January 2004.
They are currently in the studio recording their second album, the follow-up to last year’s Faded Seaside Glamour. The record is due for release this autumn, so its arrival may coincide with this set of gigs.
The full list of dates for the tour is: October 5 at Spring And Airbrake (Belfast); October 6 at The Nerve Centre (Derry); October 7 at Róisín Dubh (Galway) and October 8 at The Village (Dublin).
Tickets for The Village gig are €17.50, contact the Derry, Galway and Belfast venues for specific details of those concerts.
