The 50 highest-paid musicians of 2016 have been revealed
Beyonce brings in the riches as the number 1 money-making act of 2016.
In a list compiled by Billboard of the highest-paid musical acts of the year, singer Beyonce Knowles leads by nearly $20 million (€17.5 million). It is another achievement for the new mother of twins. Most of the income was from Knowles' "Formation World Tour," which was made up exclusively of stadium shows.
In the second spot is Guns N' Roses, grossing $42.3 million (€37 million). The majority of that came from the band's "Not In This Lifetime Tour, which has continued into this year and includes their Slane Castle gig this past May.
Bruce Springsteen edged into the top three after earning over $40 million (€35 million) in his second-highest earning "River Tour." Other major names making the list include Drake, Adele, Coldplay, Justin Bieber, Billy Joel and Paul McCartney.
