Take Me to the River: All-Stars Memphis Soul Revue announce Dublin show

Take Me to the River: All-Stars Memphis Soul Revue have announced a show at Dublin's Ambassador Theatre on July 14, 2025.
The concert, a celebration of classic Memphis music, will feature the 'Queen of Memphis Soul' Carla Thomas, known for hits like 'B-A-B-Y' and 'Gee Whiz (Look at His Eyes),' and Hi Rhythm Section, the legendary band behind all of Al Green’s classics.
Features also include vocalist Jerome Mitchell, Grammy-winning producer Boo Mitchell, and Grammy-winning producer/director Martin Shore.

Take Me to the River is an award-winning film and education initiative created by Martin Shore and multifaceted artist Cody Dickinson. It seeks to "celebrate and preserve the rich musical legacies of Memphis and New Orleans."
They have released two feature films, Take Me to the River Memphis (2014) and the Grammy-winning Take Me to the River New Orleans (2022).
