Seminal punk band Adolescents are coming to Dublin next week
The Californian band will play The Thomas House on Monday, June 24.
For one night only, Orange County punk rockers the Adolescents will play Dublin's Thomas House. Formed as part of southern California's hardcore punk movement, the band released three albums in the 1980s, before splitting up at the end of the decade.
A reunion in 2001 spawned the comeback album OC Confidential in 2005. The Adolescents have since gone on to release a further five studio LPs.
In June, one of the group's founding members, bassist Steve Soto, passed away at the age of 54. Many influential artists in the punk community, including Green Day's Billie Joe Armstrong and The Offspring joined in the tributes to Soto.
Tickets for the Adolescents's Dublin gig are on sale now. See Eventbrite for more information.
