SAMANTHA MUMBA WAS subjected to racist taunts last week when hackers broke into her American website.
According to a report on IrishAbroad.com, the homepage was replaced with a series of cartoon images, and captions such as “super sand nigger”, “dune coon arab terrorist” and “the nastiest whore to ever walk the earth.”
Responding to the incident, Polydor Records’ Angela Moore-Castel says, “I’m absolutely stunned. It’s disgusting.”
The more upbeat news is that having dropped out of it two months ago, Gotta Tell You has re-entered the American Billboard sales chart at number 109. The album is likely to go even higher when Mumba links up with N’Sync for a 10-date summer arena tour.
