RTÉ Late Late Show to go ahead without studio audience
Among the guests will be our recent cover star Niall Horan.
In a statement via email, RTÉ has confirmed that The Late Late Show will indeed go ahead with their regular weekly broadcast, albeit without a studio audience.
The full line up will feature our latest Hot Press cover star Niall Horan, whose debut album came out today to much excitement and critical acclaim (read Hot Press' glowing review here).
Dr. Sarah Doyle will appear, to give viewers a "how-to" guide to self-isolation and quarantine. Ryan Tubridy and Dr. Doyle will be relocating to Fair City's Carrigstown set and utilising the Collins' house to bring viewers through some measures everyone is best to take for the coming weeks.
Olive Foley, wife of late Munster head coach Anthony Foley, will speak about her late husband on this evening's show as well.
With regards to the Covid-19 outbreak, RTÉ said: "in light of the Government’s announcement this morning that indoor gatherings of more than 100 people are not permitted after 6pm today, there will be no audience invited into the Late Late Show of Friday 13th March".
