Ronnie Spector and the Ronettes to return to Dublin
It's been a long time coming.
Ronnie Spector and the Ronettes, the ultimate ‘Girl Group,’ will take to the National Concert Hall stage on Monday 21st of January 2019, 8pm. The concert will mark a full 55 years after the band first crossed the Atlantic and performed on these shores in 1964, and 25 years since Ronnie last performed in Dublin.
Ronnie herself was recently honoured individually, being presented in 2017 with the Legend award by the Women’s International Music Network at the organisation’s annual She Rocks award ceremony, while Ronnie and the Ronettes recently received the Spirit of East Harlem award from the New York–based charity LSA (Little Sisters of the Assumption).
Tickets for Ronnie Spector and the Ronettes at the National Concert Hall go on sale Monday 22nd October at 10am, with prices starting at €45.
