Riptide Movement lead special guest additions for Marquee gigs
While the Lucan lads support The Coronas, the likes of Keywest have also been lined up for other Cork dates.
Live At The Marquee returns for its 10th year this summer, spreading out a number of monster gigs over the season. Not content to bring you the big international headliners, however, today organisers announce the very special guests who will be joining them to prep Cork crowds for the main event.
It means recent Hot Press cover stars The Riptide Movement will play a blistering blues-rock set before The Coronas take the stage on June 13. Elsewhere, British singer-songwriter Nadine Shah is on before Elbow, Irish pop-rockers Keywest are Bryan Adams' special guests, Phosphoresecent (Alabama troubadour Matthew Houck) supports The National, and more.
Here are the details of the fresh announcements:
The Riptide Movement – June 13 (special guests for The Coronas)
Nadine Shah – June 24 (special guest for Elbow)
North Mississippi Allstars – June 25 (special guests for Robert Plant and The Sensational Space Shifters)
Keywest – June 28 (special guests for Bryan Adams)
The Academic – June 30 (special guests for Pixies)
Phosphorescent – July 14 (special guest for The National)
