Band will sign copies of Vol IV: Johnny Pyro And The Dances Of Evil this Saturday
Dubliners, Republic of Loose, will sign copies of their new album Vol IV: Johnny Pyro And The Dances Of Evil in HMV on Grafton Street on Saturday May 3 at 5pm.
The band will also play an acoustic set in store. The lads have had radio hits in Ireland, France, America, Indonesia, South Africa and The Philippines. Their platinum selling album Aaagh! was nominated for the Choice Music Prize in 2006. Their music has also been licensed for TV shows in the US, through Bunim Murray, creators of The Real World. The music will also be used in the new Gerard Depardieu film.
John Rooney, Manager of HMV Grafton Street comments, "Republic of Loose is a band creating quite a stir at the minute. It will be great to see them performing acoustic tracks from their new album
and will give fans a chance to get up close and personal with the band, as well as getting a personalised copy of the fantastic new record".
