Red Kid plan album release
Dublin rock five-piece Red Kid will release their debut album this August.
Having worked the live circuit for some time, Dublin band Red Kid are now set to release their debut album, Rocket Ship on August 8.
The album is named after the 2006 single of the same name, which was highly-rated by one Hot Press scribe as "a cracking tune" with "a chorus that will stay in your mind for weeks".
The album launch will take place in Crawdaddy, Dublin, on August 8, with support from the Hot Sprockets.
Red Kid also play Pravda, Dublin (June 28); Knockanstock Festival, Wicklow (July 25); Castlepalooza, Offaly (August 2); Chasing Bull – Surf Rocks, Bundoran, Donegal (August 9); Night Owl, Tipperary (August 22) and Dungiven Leisure Centre, Derry (w/Aslan) (August 23).
