PREMIERE: The Art Crimes Band share video for new single 'In The Dark Of The Evening'

Hot Press is thrilled to premiere the stunning new video for The Art Crimes Band's first single of 2021, 'In The Dark Of The Evening'.

Embracing an uplifting live energy and infectious jazz, soul and R&B influences, the single offers a taste of what to expect from the Cork City band's highly anticipated upcoming album – with an effortlessly slick sound, courtesy of producer/drummer Niall Dennehy, as well as legendary mastering engineer Miles Showell at Abbey Road Studios.

“This is a pivotal moment for us as we turn our backs on the typical bar gigging scene of eight years," says Dennehy. "We will now focus solely on developing our career as an original outfit.”

The single was co-written with Kevin Morrison from alt-roots/blues act One Horse Pony, and was recorded at Flashpoint CC Studios in Cork City – where The Art Crimes Band write, record and produce exclusively
