PREMIERE: Swimmers Jackson shares video for new single 'Birthday Girl'

Following the release of his acclaimed full-length debut Murmuration, released earlier this year, Swimmers Jackson is back with his third single from the project, 'Birthday Girl'.

A bold, unsentimental love letter to the indie-pop/punk sound of the '90s, the release further establishes Swimmers Jackson, aka Niall Jackson, as one of the country's most compelling talents – following his work with his other bands Bouts and Sweat Threats.

"It was borne out of a little frustration on my part," he says of 'Birthday Girl'. "Nothing seemed to be moving for me, and I was really missing my bandmates, so I wanted to see if I could do this kind of song on my own."
