PICNIC IS HERE: Tributes to be paid to David Bowie

He may be gone, but David Bowie definitely won’t be forgotten at the Electric Picnic.
Kicking off the Main Stage at 1pm on Saturday, the Trinity Orchestra will be performing an entire set of Jones boy classics.
Later that afternoon, Roisin Dwyer will be hosting the Loving The Alien: David Bowie Symposium in the Hot Press Chatroom with a panel of musical admirers. Stay tuned to hotpress.com for more details.
First up, though, at 2.30am on Friday night/Saturday morning will be the Salty Dog NoStars Bowie jam.
