Peter Doherty & The Puta Madres Release New Single
Peter Doherty has announced the imminent release of a new album.
Peter Doherty, best known for his position as the Libertines frontman, spent four days recording his most recent LP in a French Villa with his new band, The Puta Madres, last summer.
The self-titled debut album is set for release on April 26 and will feature 11 tracks, each indicative of Doherty’s return to his garage rock roots. The album’s announcement follows the release of the band’s new, edgy and upbeat single, ‘Who’s Been Having You Over’.
Beginning next month, Peter and the Puta Madres will set out on their debut tour across the UK. Doherty will be joined by Miggles (bass), Miki Beavis (violin), Katia DeVidas (Piano/keyboards), Jack Jones (lead guitar) and Rafa (drums).
