Paul Noonan to perform with The Section Quartet

The Section Quartet, a Los Angeles based strings ensemble that has worked with everyone from Fiona Apple and The Zombies to A Perfect Circle and David Bowie, has invited Bell X1 singer Paul Noonan to perform a song with them at their Dublin show on April 1.

Kicking off their Irish tour in Galway on March 28, the Quartet will play dates in Killarney (29), Cork (30) and Limerick (31), before they reach Dublin's Sugar Club, where it is understood that Dave Couse and Pugwash singer Thomas Black have also been invited to make guest appearances.

For their part, Bell X1 are currently in London competing the mix for their forthcoming album, Flock, and will begin their own national tour on April 14 at The Forum, Waterford.
