The 91 second piece was directed by Dublin-based filmmaker Mick O'Quinn and explores the dangers of procrastination and alcohol in the life of a journalist.

Portrait, a short film by Hot Press' own Olaf Tyaransen, has been shortlisted for the Ó Bhéal International Poetry-Film Award.

The winner will be announced on October 19 (full shortlist here) and in the meantime, you can check out the film below.
