"Hey there dudes and dollies. Like the rest of the world, I’ve had infinite time to kill lately..."
Gallagher posted on Twitter this morning that he "stumbled on an old demo that [he] thought had been lost forever". The song, called 'Don't Stop', is from an Oasis soundcheck in Hong Kong and was recorded fifteen years ago.
Gallagher thought, upon discovering the track in a box of unmarked CDs at home during the Coronavirus lockdown, that it was time they released the much-beloved track.
“Hope everyone is staying safe and trying to ride out the lockdown with the minimum of fuss," he added, before signing off with "you’re welcome by the way.”
