New festival announced in Kinsale, The Great Beyond featuring Bell X1 and Lisa Hannigan

Coughlan's Live has started a new music festival in Kinsale, Co. Cork for September of this year, with Bell X1 and Lisa Hannigan headlining.

The Great Beyond will stage its first event at Ballinacurra House in the South Cork town on September 11 and 12, featuring acts like The Frank and Walters and Marc O'Reilly.

Coughlan's Live and Ballinacurra House promises an event mixing live music and comedy with the "very best of local and National talent, amazing food and beverages, and beautiful surroundings." The event is partly funded by the Department of Tourism and Culture Arts, Gaeltacht, Sport and Media.

The venue is a stunning 18th-century estate house, surrounded by 40 acres of woodland and lawns – ensuring plenty of space for fans to enjoy the show.

Individual day tickets go on sale for The Great Beyond at 10 am Friday, August 6 from coughlanslive.ie in pods of four and six for €100.
