New boutique festival for Wicklow

Those of an eclectic disposition are in for a treat on June 18 when Glenart Castle in Wicklow hosts Ireland’s newest boutique festival, Masquerade.

Described as “a unique event where circus meets cabaret, meets clubbing meets rock”, attendance is limited to 1,000 tickets, which are available now priced €25 from Dublin’s Spindizzy and Big Brother Records.

For that you get to see over 35 performers including Blue Ghost, Fair Verona, The Sick Notes, Nigel H, Francois, Derek Duff, DJ Fontana, Murphi and the 2004 Alternative Miss Ireland, Alter Ego.
