My Bloody Valentine announce first show in four years
The Irish shoegazers have come out of the woodwork and announced their first tour date since 2013.
The band's first announced gig for 2018, revealed yesterday via their Facebook, will be at Japan's Sonicmania festival, a one-day festival taking place on Augsust 17. They'll be joined by the likes of Nine Inch Nails and Marshmello.
Last month, MBV frontman Kevin Sheilds played a rare solo show in Iceland, as part of Sigur Rós' Norður Og Niður fest. Sheilds also told Picthfork in an interview last year that he plans for My Bloody Valentine to have a new album out in 2018.
