The Murder Capital announces a glorious hometown show and share a video for one of their most iconic tracks, 'More is Less.'
Today, The Murder Capital announce their biggest Dublin show to date. The lads are set to play Vicar Street on February 27th, 2020. The gig serves as the final date of their massive European tour starting up come January. Tickets for the show start at €20 and are inclusive of the booking fee. They go on sale this Friday at 9 AM.
Speaking on their performances with Hot Press, frontman James McGovern commented, 'If you leave a show and you’re not affected in some way, we haven’t done our job.' Don't miss this chance to see one of Ireland's most engaging acts.
In the last year, The Murder Capital has quickly established itself as one of the country's finest blossoming bands. Their debut record When I Have Fears reached #2 on the Irish charts and the top 20 of the UK. They wasted no time and followed up its successful release with a tour of sold-out shows.
Also today the art-punk's are sharing with us a haunting music video of a fan favorite song, 'More is Less.' The live version of which went viral and forged the band's breakthrough last year. The grotesque video, directed by Sam Taylor, is drenched in high contrast black and white shots of people fighting, splashing themselves with paint, and sleeping in herds.
