Mother announce Queer Dance Party In The Woods for Electric Picnic

LGBTQ+ club night organisers Mother are bringing their Queer Dance Party In The Woods to this year’s Electric Picnic festival in Stradbally.

“Mother are bringing the dancefloor to the forest floor once again! Said an Instagram post. “Expect the best DJs, dance-party drag, and queer performers at the most decadent late-night, queer dance party that Stradbally’s eer seen!”

At the forefront of their lineup are  Mother DJs Rocky T Delgado, Ruth Kavanagh and Ghostboy.

The trio will be joined by guests  Kelly-Anne Byrne, Billy Bunzary, Shaqira Knightly, Anziety, Faux Joli, Annie Queeires, Pixie Woo, Richard Joke, Avatar Gullie, The Mother Dancers and the OINK crew.

Conceived in June 2010, Mother is an old-school club night for our disco-loving LGBTQ+ family & their friends. Mother is also a main player in creating magical moments at some of Ireland's biggest festivals, including their own Pride Block Party and Love Sensation music festival.
