Mark Hughes releases bluesy new track 'The Day'
Hailing from Armagh, Mark Hughes has released his new single 'One Day'.
He may be relatively late coming to the rock game, but Mark Hughes – no relation to the former Southampton manager! – is already making a big impression. Citing the likes of Radiohead, Beatles, REM, Jeff Buckley, Nirvana, Stone Roses, Nick Drake and more as inspiration, the singer-songwriter has penned a bluesy folk song which gives full rein to his husky vocals. It is well worth a listen – and sounds like great radio material, if any programmers are listening in!
Expect to see Mark announcing gigs in the near future.
