Mani tribute concert to take place in Manchester
The commemorative event will feature performances from Liverpool rock band Cast, Joy Division's Peter Hook, DJ Jon Dasilva and britpop group The Kowloons.
A tribute concert celebrating the life of Gary 'Mani' Mounfield is set to take place at Diecast in Manchester on May 30.
Mani provided bass to both Stone Roses and Primal Scream before passing away in November.

A surprise headliner will be revealed a week prior to the show, later this spring.
'Manichester' has been organised by Madchester.com and Mancunian fashion label Gio-Gio. All proceeds from the concert will go towards supporting Mani's twin sons, born in 2012.
Tickets for the upcoming tribute concert are set to go on sale here, March 27, with the opportunity to sign up for early access.
