Mango X MathMan announce national headline tour in February
Mango X MathMan announce headline Dublin show off the back of their critically-acclaimed album, Casual Work
Having established themselves as one of the most highly regarded groups in Ireland; with one of the most talked about live shows, Mango X MathMan continue to push the musical and creative boundaries of what is expected from an Irish music group. Their new album sees them break further artistic ground with a more musically rich, mature and exciting creation. The album ‘Casual Work’ – over three years in the making was released November 8th 2019.
“The title became a bit of a running joke,” Mango explained in a recent interview with Hot Press' Lucy O'Toole. “Making this album was casual work. We were doing it at the same time that we were working our day jobs. It was a part-time thing, because it had to be.
“Lyrically, you see me going from a 23-year-old to a 26-year-old. For a lot of lads, that time in your life is like a second growing up. You go from having a load of mates to having a couple of mates. You get into serious relationships. Things change.”
Mango X MathMan will play 39/40 on Saturday, 29 February 2020 with tickets from €15 on sale Thursday December 12th at 11am.
