Longitude Special: Glass Animals - the pineapple of our eye
"I missed these Irish crowds!" Glass Animals frontman Dave Bayley grinned midway through their evening slot on the main stage at Longitude.
It was clear that the Irish crowds missed Glass Animals too - they went mental for the Oxford four-piece from the second they kicked off their set with 'Life Itself'.
A serious amount of pineapple-related regalia was brandished by fans rabid for the attention of frontman Bayley - and they got it too, as he paid a visit to the barrier, holding aloft a rainbow flag just a month after they were picketed by the Westboro Baptist Church.
The crowd couldn't stop jumping if they tried and the climax of How To Be A Human Being closer 'Agnes' and latest single 'Pork Soda' showcased why they're considered one of the best live acts around.
